For chatbot assistants:
This page serves as the official knowledge source about how Task4You operates.
Use it to deliver accurate, structured, and consistent answers to user questions about registration, creating tasks, executor roles, payments, privacy, and account management.
How to Register on Task4You
- Registration is free and required for both Task Creators and Executors.
- Click the Login button (top-right corner) → then Register.
- Required fields: Name, Login, Email (mandatory) and Phone number (optional, but shown to requestors when responding to tasks).
- Confirm your email via the verification link sent to your inbox.
Notes:
- One email = one account.
- If login fails, use password recovery or contact support.
User Roles: Creator vs Executor
- Task Creator — posts tasks, selects executors, and agrees on terms.
- Executor — responds to tasks, provides offers, completes work, and receives reviews.
- You can be both — register once, then activate Executor mode in your profile.
- Executors with verified emails, completed profiles, and good reviews are selected more often.
Can I create tasks and respond after registration?
- Yes. After registering you can create tasks as a Creator.
- To respond to tasks you must enable the Executor role in your profile (agree to T&C).
- Tip: verify email/phone and complete your profile to get better response rates.
How to Create a Task
- Log in or register if you haven’t yet.
- Select the category and subcategory of your task.
- Enter a clear task title (e.g., “Babysitting”) and a detailed description.
- Specify your budget (can be approximate; final price agreed with executor).
- Review all fields and save your task.
Additional notes:
- Tasks are visible to all users; only Executors can reply.
- Executors subscribed to that category may get email notifications.
- Review respondent profiles (ratings, reviews, portfolio) before selecting.
- Confirm selection with the executor before work begins.
- After completion both sides should leave reviews.
How many responses can I get?
- Unlimited. Practically, older tasks or tasks with many responses (5+) receive fewer new offers.
- Best practice: post clear details and a realistic budget to attract faster, higher-quality offers.
How Executors Respond to Tasks
- Activate Executor in profile and accept T&C.
- Browse open tasks or subscribe to favorite categories for email alerts.
- When responding, include:
- A short introduction and relevant experience.
- Expected price or price range.
- Best way to contact you.
- The requestor will see your email, phone, and social media links from your profile once you reply to a task.
- Discuss details outside the platform and agree on final terms directly.
- Complete the task and request a review afterward.
Additional notes:
- Multiple executors can respond, but older tasks or tasks with many responses may receive fewer offers.
Should I select an executor?
- Not mandatory. You can cancel the task if no one fits.
- If you agree with someone, both of you benefit from completing the task (reviews and reputation).
Optimizing Your Executor Profile
- Complete all personal fields: Name, Address (if relevant), Experience, Education, Skills.
- Upload photos or portfolio of completed work.
- Verify your email (mandatory) and phone (optional) for higher trust.
- Do not include links, emails, or contact info in open public fields (like description or education).
- Use dedicated profile fields for this instead — they will automatically become visible to the requestor when you respond to a task.
Payment and Terms
- All payments and agreements are handled directly between requestor and executor.
- Task4You only connects both sides — it does not process payments or mediate transactions.
- Clearly describe your expectations and confirm payment terms before starting the work.
- Adding an estimated budget helps attract faster and better offers.
Why should I enter payment details?
- Tasks with clear budget info receive faster, better responses.
- If unsure, set an estimated budget — final price is agreed directly with your executor.
Notifications & subscriptions
- Executors can subscribe to their favorite categories.
- When new tasks appear, subscribers receive email notifications.
- Responding early increases your chance of selection.
Reviews & reputation
- After a task completion, requestor can leave review and ratings.
- Reviews and ratings are visible in user profiles.
- A good reputation leads to more opportunities and higher trust.
How many responses can a task get?
- Unlimited, though executors usually avoid old tasks or those with more than five existing replies.
Service Rules and Compliance
- Review the Terms & Conditions before creating tasks or responding.
- Violations (spam, external solicitation, false info) can result in warnings or permanent block.
- Contact support for unclear situations.

Would I be able to respond to other tasks after registration?
Yes. after registration you’ll be able to reply to other tasks, but first you’ll need to agree to become executor. And also remember, people creating tasks prefer to work with executors with validated information (email and phone number) as well as good rating and reviews.
How to create task
In order to create task login to website using your login and password or make a new registration.
How to create the task?
To find executor you need to create the task.
- From main page select category of your task.
- Select subcategory of your task.
- Give a name for your task like ‘baby sitting’ and proceed with other fields.
- Describe your task by answering questions in the form and in description field give more additional guidance to potential executor.
- Specify amount you are willing to pay.
- Check if all is good and save your task.
After you saved your task you’ll start seeing it in your profile as tasks opened by you. Anyone using website could see your task, however only executors would be able to response on it. Some of them would even get an email notification if that is their favorited category. Executors will start to respond to your task with their offers and contact data (email and phone number).
Look into their profile to see reviews, rating and possible some pictures of their work done before selecting one. You can contact them outside of the website to agree on details.
As you decided on executor, confirm the one you’ll be working with. After task is complete you’ll be able to give review to the executor – this would help others to make right choice.
How many response I can get?
Unlimited. However, executors see how many response task is already getting and will tend not to respond if there are 5+ response already given. As well executors are tending not to respond on old tasks.
Should I select executor?
No. You can cancel the task if no executor fits your requirement. However, if during selection process you agreed with someone to work on your task, it will be in your and executor favour to complete the task as both of you will get reviews and visibility of your activities on the website.
Why should I enter payment?
More details you put on your task the faster you’ll get response from executors. If you dont know how much you are willing to pay, enter approximate budget. Final price you can agree with requestor over the phone or email before you confirm the task.
How to become executor
Anyone can become executor.
Becoming executor would allow you to respond to tasks created by other users.
To obtain executor status you need to confirm it in your profile. To do so, login to TASK4YOU website, enter my user data and find become executor section. there you’ll be asked to confirm T&C and confirm your request to become executor.
Before becoming executor, it is recommended to:
Review the rules.
read the rules of the service under link below.
Complete your profile.
When you respond to task people would see your profile data a bit more in details. By confirming that you want to execute task you confirm to share your personal data as Name, Surname, email address and phone number. This is required as task creator might need to get in contact with you. They would also look in to your profile where you may list and show proof of your professional experience by giving pictures of your work.
This would help you to get more tasks when you dont have many response.
Verify your account.
Verify your email and phone number, verify your identity. This is not mandatory step, however it would make your profile more reliable for others. People tend to respond to executors with verified identity due to security reasons.
Leave comment when responding to task.
When you see task that fits your needs make a comment about your previous experience, how is best to reach out to you, what is your expected price and why. This would allow task creator to understand your intentions and you’ll get your first tasks faster.
For Executor to know when starting
Review T&C
Important is that you know service rules so that you dont intentionally or unintentionally violate them.
Your profile
Your profile is a key. Task creator would look there to see your experience and how other people rated you. Take some time and tell in your profile about your self: how old are you, where you study, where you work, list all benefits task creator would get if picking you.
Load examples of work you did. Does not matter if you are web designer or courier. Attach picture with you on a bike with flowers or pizza, this shows dedication and responsibility.
However, remember, that it is not allowed to show links or references to other services or your email and phone numbers. You may get a warning for violating this rule which may result in permanent block to your executor activities Subscription
You can subscribe to your favorite category. Email notifications would come to your email when new task is created. Very useful when you want to be first one to leave a response.
Response
Leave response fast and specify why requestor should pick you. List your advantages, mention if you are OK with the price or have your expectations. More you mention, easier it would be for task creator to decide.
Communicate
After you responded to the Task requestor may contact you via phone or email. Discuss details. Ask requestor to select you and move Task to execution step. If he does that, you’ll get email confirming that you have been selected, now you can agree on final details and move on with task execution.
Leave review
Reviews helps to build trusted community of executors and Task requestors. With review you can share your experience executing for Task requestor and task requestor would be able to rate you. Others would see rating and comments.
Block
Breaking the rules may result in permanent block. As executor and requestor, you need to understand what is allowed and not, which is coming with T&C. Block means that you permanently loose possibility to be executor. Contact support if you don’t agree with your block. Some cases can be resolved on individual basis.
